As long as it’s more of a Close Encounters of the Third Kind or ST: First Contact kind of big reveal, I’m cool with it.  But with the way 2020 has been going... I’m expecting it to pan out more like V.  

For anyone on thyroid medication, this is far from surprising. Changing brands of Levothyroxine, or even reformulations of the same brand (all while keeping the stated dosage the same) can result in widely varying outcomes. And a lot of times, it just comes down to minor adjustments in the stabilizers, dyes, etc.

We have to worry about winning first. The finer details can be sorted out as the actual legislation works its way through Congress. After we’ve won.

Yeah, it doesn’t matter if Biden comes up with the most popular environmental plan ever in CA and VT - if it costs him the electoral votes of PA and OH, it’d be a bridge too far.

I’m certainly not opposed to negotiating additional measures into the final legislation once Biden wins and the Dems tip the balance in the senate. But until then...the team’s gotta show some more unity if we want to solidify our odds of winning in the first place.

Your options are 1) a Biden environmental plan that’s more progressive than anything Obama offered up in his 8 years in office - but that you feel doesn’t go far enough or 2) four more years of Trump & Co. aggressively rolling back any and every health, safety, environmental and conservation rules they possibly can.

He may not have a “secret deal” in a contractual, comic book villain-esque secret cabal kind of way. But he definitely has a financial interest in keeping the status quo and not rocking the boat.  An unspoken quid pro quo is much more likely.

I’m all for better carbon tracking technology. But it’s just going to confirm that, yes, the US and China are still spewing the lion’s share of pollution. Neither the US nor China are currently willing to do much about that pollution...so, I don’t know that it’ll make much of a difference.
