Except any modern PC can stream to an hdtv easily. It’s 2016. It’s not strictly plug and play, but neither is your console nowadays.

I hold zero hope of this ever being released. There are one or two huge projects for Skyrim that promised basically whole new game/worlds, and they’ve also not come out. Started years ago with all the tools available.
