Sorry, but you’re wrong here. Pence did acknowledge Biden’s win before the 6th (can’t remember exactly when), but he had no choice when the Electoral Votes were officially certified by Congress because it was his job to do so by verbally acknowledging the vote counts for tRump and himself.
