Yep. Bashing her personal decisions in hindsight is pointless. Nobody’s perfect. No one has the foresight to have seen this coming, especially a voting public that never shows up for midterms. To be fair, before the 2010 midterms, it was already too late.

Senate Majority Leader was Mitch McConnell from 2015-2020. Obergefell v. Hodges was 2015, and RBG’s vote was needed in a 5-4 win. Mitch wouldn’t allow Obama to bring Merrick Garland for a hearing in 2016 when Scalia suddenly died, let alone anyone else.  Mitch purposely left SCOTUS at a 4-4 split.
