Dear author,
Honestly, I doubt they even knew who he was. I've been to similar news types of things, and if you don't have credentials you don't get in... They're not going to just let anyone in. I'm glad that he was able to force the city to release the tape, but he's not Barbara Walters. Probably has an over-inflated sense of…
And now Flacco out with torn ACL...
This is the problem with having too many guns in this country. Cops don’t know you’re a “good guy with a gun” until they've already put two center mass.
“we’re out on the deck enjoying drinks on a sunny night”
Ummm... How’s that work?
You sound like my three year old.
What. In. The. Hell?
As I sit here at 7:08, sipping a margarita, I can’t help but be overcome with a sense of grief at the loss of this woman’s life. I am a believe in the death penalty, but only in the most extreme and egregious of cases. The Gacy’s and Bundy’s of this earth, those who have no redeeming qualities. When you throw in all…

After watching it again. The wide angle shot clearly shows that both of these kids targeted this red with the sole purpose of injuring him. Charges should be filed.
Of course it’s an actionable tort. BUT, who are you going to sue? The kid? What’s the point, unless he’s a multi-millionaire you’re not getting any money out of it. Maybe you could sue the school, but they could argue that the kid was not acting in his capacity as a student. The refs best bet is a workers comp claim,…
Defense attorney here as well. It's definitely a chargeable offense, and I would agree as to use of a deadly weapon, regarding the helmet. Fuck these kids. That being said, it'll be hard to prove their intent beyond a reasonable doubt, unless one of them flips.
That's really not that bad... We pay $1255 for a Montessori program here in Baltimore.
They already have it, The O’Reilly Factor, check your local listing.
What they don’t say is that the actions must be a foreseeable consequence from having been overserved. It’s almost unanimously used in the context of drunk driving. There’s no way it could be used in this particular instance, at least not successfully.
And now our Governor has just shut down that jail...Maybe he read my comments!
All types of shit gets smuggled in. Google Tavon White in Baltimore...
Or indifferent... But mostly incompetent. That’s not all of them, just ones involved in this case.
