It’s still breaking the law. I’m an attorney here in Maryland, with a similar statute regarding two-party consent. It’s a felony, just don’t do it.

To the contrary, I have a wife and a six year old. I would be crushed, devastated beyond repair. But that would be the same whether it was some crazed murderer or some slob texting. However, the criminal system has graduated punishments for a reason. Not all actions, while they may result in the same endings, are

Why? Why does acknowledgment of his misdeed lead to more jail time?

That’s how these types of cases work. There needs to be an investigation, accident analysis, etc. the last vehicular Homicide I handled it took almost a year for them to charge.

Evidently math isn’t the only thing that’s hard for you...

Lawyer here... you’re an idiot.

But you did deny any probability of innocence when you said, and I quote, “He was hunting for a rape.” Right now, you don’t know shit. Neither do I. However, I’m willing to let the system do it’s job without pontificating bullshit...

I take my now 5 year old to pre-season games every year. They’re super cheap, and I don’t care about leaving at half time. (Although, this time he wanted to stay for the whole game...)

My thought is this, you add one regional NFC-AFC “Rivalry Game” and get rid of two pre-season games, while also adding an extra bye week.

EXACTLY! I love grilling, but I also REALLY love drinking beer. I’m not making your fucking burger to order.

I might be a Baltimore homer, but I disagree. I think their football uniforms have been, by and large, really well done. Certainly better than 90% of the shit coming out of Oregon.
