I think Melisandre has a pretty broad understanding of what constitutes a king - I think if you declare yourself one and/or you have a constituency of loyal followers, you count. In the books she counts Mance as a king even though that’s clearly kind of tongue-in-cheek.

When I was a kid my dad had a job that required him to fly from LA to DC or NYC 30-40 times in a year. He used American Airlines and he got to the point where they would hold the plane for him if he was running late.

The other great thing about Southwest is free checked bags! I always have a good experience with them, but they do have a few gaps in their service area (like the city I live in).
