The point isn’t about exclusives exactly and more about MS buying a big multiplat publisher and making them MS exclusive. The closest equivalent would be if Sony decided to take Destiny off of other platforms.

Too bad they had to add black people to the militia to satiate the real life racists, allegedly

Far from it. Anarchism isn’t the goofy thing they show on tv thats just white middle classed people mad at their parents or something lol

It is fascinating that capitalism historically operates in this way but all we humans need is someone saying, we won’t do that this time and everyone suddenly takes it as gospel. “They’ll never treat us like an acquisition; they promised!

Do people dying just stop being horny and wanting companionship? If my job is anything to go by, they still seek those things

I’ll gladly wait for games to go down in price, haven’t bought anything at full price in years. I still have the right to complain about the starting price. And I will complain since that usually means it’ll take longer or wont drop to previous sale prices.

Please remember that those games had rom chips, sound chips, circuit boards, connectors, etc where as a disc or a digital download contains none of that

This comment section has proven to me that gamers seem to be more than ok when billion dollar companies complain about not making more money while firing their staff. But if you complain about the pricing structure of said company’s complaint, well you better shut up and stop complaining because we used to buy mini

So it isn’t that the game is middling it’s just I’m not playing or thinking about it correctly. Got it. Which, even if that were the case that’s on the publisher/devs to create an experience that trains us to play and think that way.

I guess no piece of media can be bad as long as the people who did it irl had fun

I think this statement pretty much explains why there’s such a strong drop off. They didn’t want to make a compelling experience for players that would keep them coming back. They instead just wanted big numbers which gives the false sense of a compelling experience that I personally found felt more like a chore

Unless I’ve never played it or the game has outdated mechanics and graphics and also hard to access, I’m not too interested in a remake or remaster. I may still check it out when it’s discounted but I’m also not the kind of gamer that wants everything remade instead of something new. So I know I’m in the minority, at

I’ll wait for the pc version if there will be one. No sense in buying this remaster that will still be hampered by console.

And I would say it’s pathetic and quite daft of you to complain about others complaining. As if we all don’t have the right to complain about whatever, regardless of being forced to do anything.

I had a whole retort to this asinine statement but in the end, who the hell cares. A kid is now affected with a disease that is stigmatized and will probably follow them for the rest of their life. And you want to side with corporations that knowingly go after the vulnerable for their bottom line. Corporations that

Is it really inflation when these companies are raising prices on games, selling egregiously priced DLC and gain record breaking profits while publicly laying off hundreds of people? Sounds like greed to me.

While games journalists have pushed back on the idea of 20 dollar skins, they also talk about those same games ad nauseam. The same way a site can condemn Ubisoft or Activision and then spend an entire week using games from those publishers for content. I get it, we all gotta eat but you can’t feign ignorance about

The biggest issue with Netflix gaming is that I’d rather just play it on PC. The idea of gaming on my phone has lost it’s luster right around the death of 3.5“ iPhones

I love this thing about capitalism where you can’t be political unless it’s making us money. Then you can make yearly glorified army recruiter apps, satirical online open world games, and allegories of the thing someone is criticizing. But as soon as you personally want to speak on politics, then we gotta act like

I don’t think you are crazy for that, though I do think that it’s less for us and more about solidarity and maybe putting pressure on the West. Now what I do find crazy is that the same show that can nominate Cyberpunk, FFVII & XVI and COD for awards, have the VA of a game about a milquetoast neo-liberal allegory of
