Capitalism isn’t value neutral. It’s a bad thing that encourages hoarding  and unnecessary competition over resources to the detriment of the planet and everything living on it. You can’t just be so good that the realities of brutal systemic exploitation on a global scale don’t touch you. That’s absurd. 

I disagree. It’s not a question of it being capitalist. But of the goals.

I think it’s possible with the political will and employee advocacy. Restore government funding for the EEOC and other oversight agencies. Enforce anti-trust legislation. Promote policies that support employee associations, wage transparency, and knowledge about employee rights.
