The failure of the dealership to prosecute him when they discovered his earlier fraud scheme is a huge part of the problem. This is a problem more common than people realize. Many companies would rather just fire the criminal employee rather than prosecute. This allows the crook to go reoffend at another business.

He would actually go to dealerships and get vehicles but put them in their names and sign all the paperwork, sign their names

Fun is relative. Get an awd prius enjoy actually being able to drive your vehicle without worrying about gas prices at the pump. The acceleration on a prius is not exciting but it tracks amazingly well on the road. Is very stable at high speeds and is lightweight and very sprightly in the corners.
