Yup Ativan is what I take for panic attack triggers and it’s been a life saver. No longer do I fear airplanes or crowds or whatever, because I know I’m not going to have an attack and crumple down to the ground and start crying for an ambulance.

be honest with your doctor and tell them you’re going to a big event with a massive crowd and that it gives you anxiety. They’ll give you a pill or two without blinking because it’s a common fear. If you really have anxiety problems the drugs they give you won’t make you feel high, they’ll just prevent panic attacks…
