You seem to misunderstand net neutrality. Charging more for higher usage is not related: ISPs can charge in usage tiers (or even per byte) under NN - they just can’t create a “fast lane” and a “slow lane” and charge more for any provider that wants their data delivered via the “fast lane”.

Why focus on cable? The issue is “last mile” Internet connectivity.

Old-ish guy here. The one thing that’s helped me is my own recipes, meaning that when I try something, I write down what/how I cooked (quantities, temps, and times). Once done preparing, I evaluate, and write down how it might improve.

Unless those rubber handles can handle being in the oven at 425-500F, don’t even try. Even then, you need to get the teflon off first. If it’s an aluminum pan with teflon, take it to a machine shop and have it bead blasted with a follow-on of walnut shell blasting. Then you can season the raw aluminum. I’d suggest
