1st Gear: this SCREAMS of ignorance about the current NOx & GHG regulations, the 2024 GHG standard, and 2027 NOx & GHG standards already confirmed and being worked towards by the manufacturers. EPA2010 NOx standard is 0.02 g/bhp-hr - 2027 is 0.05 g/bhp-hr. New commercial trucks are among the cleanest vehicles on the…
I have, and the S550 was night and day better than the Camaro, but still not “Good”. This just takes a big step backwards now.
LOL @ the huge screen. Sure guys, let’s take a car with relatively poor outward visibility and make it significantly worse (Data point: I owned a 2015 GT for 6 years). I’m glad it exists, but have no desire for this ~2 ton pig full of distractions. I do like the exterior changes much more than the 2018 refresh.
OEM does not have to allow this.
Was basically with you until the end. You get hit as a pedestrian by a Mustang or something? It is very, very far from being the worst sounding 8 cylinder. Best? No, definitely not. If you straight pipe it with headers it is an obnoxious mess, but that’s true for most engines. They’re just very plentiful, so you hear…
This was absolutely the worst part. They chose it after both Alpines and both Mclarens showed crap results on the hards.
Lyft is better.
At least another sedan, finally. All the CUVs and SUVs are a hard pass for being interested in an EV.
I own a 997.1, and have for a bit over a year (first Porsche). Is this car worth $30k with that mileage? Probably not. Is it worth $23-25k? Sure is. Spot on with the analysis. If maintained, these cars are absolute gems and far better than their German counterparts of similar age/miles as well as most American &…
The whole segment is nonsense but these are very nice vehicles to drive. I had a rental a few months ago.
Get a CPO Cayenne.
The answer is have a lighter car. My 3,100 lb 911 Carrera S is quite stiffly sprung (from a ride frequency perspective) yet is nice and compliant on Chicago-area roads. Less weight = softer springs and dampers to get the same level of body control.
Ew
Since when is being tall controllable by diet/exercise?
Damn. Haptic buttons just crossed this off my potential lease list (company lease).
*Insert generic mid-sized CUV in black/grey/white*
I owned a 2015 GT till about a year ago, and well aware of its shortcomings and the whole platform’s. I didn’t say I hated the Z’s interior, but for a new 2023 it’s underwhelming. Nissan could do better than Ford and in general chose not to.
Looks worse than the Supra (which isn’t a stunner, though very striking). Slower than the Supra (around a track and straight line). Half the interior already looks a few years old. Priced similarly to Supra. Slower (around a track and straight line), less usable and probably less comfortable than the Mach 1 or a fully …
Miami was Walmart Monaco. There, I said it.
