Raj has an enormous ego, but damn if he’s not right a lot of the time. It was interesting meeting/knowing and working (several levels under) for him.

Uh no. What if someone wants to be an entrepreneur before/without college? This is dumb. Decent intentions, but very, very stupid. As Monique accurately put it, “get your school system together first”.

This. The paranoid tangerine-in-chief that he is.

The winter set would be there regardless. I’m definitely not saying the PP is necessary, but for a lot of people it’s a great value package and does make the car significantly more fun to drive, stock to stock. I have driven pretty much every variant of S550, some multiple times lol (V6 MT, 3.15 and 3.55, V6 auto, EB

Agreed on the suspension, but the brake and axle ratio upgrade, plus summer rubber on 19x9 wheels is worth it (even if the P zero is meh as far as summers go these days).

Except you don’t want a base EB Mustang if you’re cross shopping an 86/BRZ. The EB with the Perf. Pack, on the other hand, would be a great competitor.

*disclaimer: I own a 2015 GT, and these still make me laugh.

....wow.

Wat

From the bits I saw, I enjoyed it. The cars are visibly faster and more ragged around the track despite having a lot more grip. The drivers can push hard instead of saving tires from lap 2 (according to Vettel, too).

Not an ounce of sympathy from me. Enjoy rotting, you asshole. It requires intense racism/xenophobia or greed (I want them there tax breaks because I’m wealthy) to vote for this man-child. Anyone with a questioning thought and empathy for anyone that isn’t just like them would dismiss this lying sack of shit

While that may be true, it is a very reasonable expectation that the car can do that without even trying, let alone overheating. Even the base/tech pack cars should be able to run laps on track without overheating. Not 10/10ths laps, but 7-8/10ths. Most cars of any sporting intention at all can do that, with the

Yeah that’s why they made the track pack standard for 2017 and beyond...

People are going into limp mode during spirited (no, not 9 to 10/10ths) street driving...i.e. what the car should be perfectly capable of doing for hours without issue.

As they should. Awesome cars. $8k would be a great deal even if it needed a little work.

Have ridden in a very nice one of these with a modern STi engine swap. THAT I would pay $8k for easily. It looked great and went like hell.

Yes it is!

I would say the best way to implement it would be hefty registration fees on inefficient vehicles (this would impact me as my daily driven V8 sports coupe only is rated at 19 combined, but I would be ok with it). Minivans aren’t exactly gas guzzlers.

Ding ding ding. We’d be better off.

Well researched spring and damper swap on my 2015 Mustang GT. Went to GT350R front springs and a comparable rear to the 350R with a well-matched set of dampers. The car went from wallowy to sports car sharp instantly.
