Dear Mr. Goodell,

Any counselor, cop, attorney experienced in domestic violence issues or anyone with a modicum of common sense could have and should have told the NFL that victims will often blame themselves, defend their abusers, and even change their stories

SCENE:

Some secretary is about to to jump on the grenade, get a 5 million dollar golden parachute, sign a confidentiality agreement, blow through the 5 mill in a year, and come out that she did INDEED show the vid to Goodell on a very special episode of Oprah. Book it!!

You have to stop posting these things. Forever.

"It will be a Religious War, a sort of Christian Jihad, led by religious hatred and led by merciless fanatics on both sides."

The nice thing about redesigns these days is that there are no good commenters left to lose.

Would his interviews be hot off the press?

All the signs of a repeat offender. Even in court, he can't keep his nose clean.

If that snot a look of relief I don't know what is.

Antonio Brown and Spencer Lanning: [chat chummily after the game, clear the air]

Seems like he should have just turned off Twitter push notifications.

We're doomed. I went to the Georgia Tech game a couple of years ago. It was painful.

October 1: Mueller announces that he has interviewed Goodell, who finally admits that he asked his lieutenants not to retrieve the video. However, Goodell has learned from his lesson, and will be suspended for one month and reinstated.

This was not my creation.

"So, uh, Rog, what's been going on with this whole thing?"

Being held back by Jimmy Kimmel.

That's a bunch of crap. The late Tim Russert showed up for Meet the Press every week regardless of what issues he may have had.

Haha nothing that isn't 100% natural. I was kidding though which I'm sure you already know.

Between this and some other recent events, I'm starting to have minor doubts about Roger Goodell's abilities.
