She literally asked him if he had to marry Odette and he said yes. I don’t see how it gets much clearer that he won’t leave her.

Wait why is Odette Rory’s fault? She clearly wants to get with him, “what happens in Vegas” was the result of her still wanting to get with him while he was dating other people and she couldn’t speak up for herself enough to say what she really wanted, convinced herself she was cool with it.
I feel like that’s part of the point, Rory was wishing she was 20 again, and the thirtysomething gang is supposed to be a group of adults stuck in their younger past.
I don’t think there’ll be any gossip — Rory will have the baby (which I hate, she should just get an abortion but that’d be a terrible story), and she’ll raise the baby on her own. It not only echoes her and Lorelai’s story, which was the whole fucking theme of the episode, but also it’s why she went to talk to…
Yeah I’m not a huge fan of ASP’s apparent obsession with circularity and referencing earlier stuff in the story. In some instances it was charming, but the whole thing was way too heavy-handed. I am, however, not upset that Rory ended up fucking up a bunch. I don’t know why everyone is annoyed that Rory’s not perfect.…
Jess is the only character who demonstrated some growth in the revival.
Ya the therapy sessions were painful. Such unproductive time spent, I wanted to shake that therapist.
Computer voting machines usually also print a paper record when you vote. Additionally, there may be other digital records that are hard to tamper with. Hard to know because there’s no legal standards for voting machines :/
“Another Clinton in the White House would just lead to WW3.” Well that’s hyperbolic, Clinton is known as a warhawk but she’s also much more level-headed than Trump. While Trump is a clear and present threat to our democracy and all of our federal government’s functioning. I’d take a chance of WWIII over that.
If you read the page they say they’re looking into it not to help Clinton, but because several experts raised concerns about the legitimacy of the numbers. It might sound like an excuse — and they definitely didn’t get all that money from people who are exclusively worried about vote integrity — but their previous…
A green sweater?? Please someone tell me they see a gray sweater, please don’t let this be The Dress again...
I would’ve hoped evidence of progress would be that their stories are being heard on a mainstream level, instead of relegated to a tiny paragraph on the back page of a newspaper.
It’s called Cascadia :)
so should we... not tell people when they do things that are wrong and just let them do them?
Of course she didn’t talk about them! She could gain *literally nothing* from that because they would *always* find something to criticize her for, no matter how inconsequential in the end, and people would latch onto them. That conversation *never* goes down a good road for her.
She redirected the conversation, which,…
That’s...
you might want to get your eyes checked
It only looks like oil/shininess if you see a small thumbnail of the photo first, so that you can’t see the texture of the paint as well.
Well I hope not because that would be pointless.
...what do you get out of this
What’s the other option? Vote for Trump/protest vote? Yeah that worked out well for Brexit.
