I would add that he doesn’t just seem like a good guy but is. My aunt has been working for him in Chicago as a sommelier for almost 20 years and I have met him a handful of times. Him and his wife are both extremely kind and generous with there time even during the dinner rush.

Ugh I hate when people claim a guy who only hit 762 home runs is “great.” Like sure, he won 4 straight MVPs from 01-04, but his OPS was only 1.368 over this stretch. People act like it’s impressive that he put up an OBP of .609 one year, but I’m not buying it.
