I rented some crazy stupid bullshit like this in Aruba or Costa Rica or some place like that. I was embarrassed but I can't lie it was fun.

What demo is that? Logical grown ups?

As long as someone isn’t trying to pull into the spot on the other side it is totally fine.

So, I’m like totally on waiting lists for the latest new SUVs with this rear 3/4. I’m thinking I should cancel those and get on the list for this one instead. Ya know, ‘cause it’s like the latest copy of a shitty idea. Gotta be the latest right?

Nice catch. Sorry I’ve disappointed you.

“Old one is better” Said every time there’s a new model. A year later, no one thinks that anymore.  Every time.

That won’t stop the unlicensed drivers in your scenario from 1) driving just as fast anyway, or 2) running into your smug ass and your high-speed license plate. Probably while not insured.

LOL Hahahahaha, proofread?

The Elite Praetorian Guards were Snoke’s guards from The Last Jedi, the Emperor had the Royal Guards. Both were red and badass, fitting your reference however.

I agree with you. I had a B5 Passat wagon with all the same features that are still uncommon on cars at the same price point today.

Stop talking fondly about the features I loved so much, or you’ll make me actually miss the car! I do get a bit misty when I see photos of Mk IVs, but have to remind myself of the bad times we try to gloss over in favor of the good.

Thanks for sharing... and WOW. I’m sorry for those experiences and the associated costs. I had a few of those issues, but my not nearly as extensive as you.

Manual wagon with sexy VR noises........MMmmm.  This is an easy NP for me.  But I have plenty of VW maintenance experience so I know what I’d be getting into.

That’s the Starcraft ground effects treatment. It’s mostly seen on conversion vans. Looks doofy on that truck.

Time to cleanse the ol palate
