Many people’s Crohn’s can be managed successfully with medication. I would spend $2k a month if I were to buy my daily meds out of pocket. I already spend more than $500 a month on my healthcare (insurance, meds, copays).

I have Crohn’s Disease. Obamacare was the only way I could get health insurance for myself. If those fuckers take away my healthcare I will likely die because of it.
This kid is giving me some hope for the future.
A friend of the family was hospitalized almost a year ago for an infection that nearly had the medical staff amputate his leg. They got him stablized and were able to save the leg by cutting out large portions of tissue. Today he is sober and gets around okay with a cane. The doctors aren’t sure if he will ever regain…
