I’d go with the comfort. I have a standing desk, but only use it for abiht 30 minutes a day....but uncomfortable temps are all day. It sounds like for you, getting up and talking a walk would be more effective than standing anyway.

I just finished the back half of A Black Lady Sketch Show (so damn good). I may do some stand up next. In my hydrocodone daze I need funny and light on plot.

Ugh. The idea that no job = no responsibilities needs to fucking die. Conversely the idea that having a job and money = responsibile human also should go away from this planet and never return.

As a “stay-at-home mom”, I hear this. Either I’m never at home (mom’s taxi service) or I don’t leave the house for 3 days straight. I lose track of what day it is, sometimes. My schedule is so weird, what with having to drive everyone around all the time, and be up at all hours of the day and night, that if I say

To be fair to the headline writer, they thought that was implied by the fact Flacco participated in this game.

I was going to just post that the meet up place looks good and for everyone to have a fun time so... we are united in pointlessness!

My area has high adoption rates Ann’s lower shelter populations so we also get a lot of animals from other areas - we seem to have a large number brought up here from TX specifically.

The shelter i volunteer at also has really low local intake. We get a lot of shelter transfers from animal control or shelters in Oklahoma, Arkansas, or pre-hurricane shuffles.

I did very little today, because I am very sore and achy. I didn’t think yesterday’s accident was that bad, physically speaking, but after getting up this morning, my upper back and shoulders were particularly stiff and sore. I guess I got jolted more than I thought.

My wife is out of town at a comicon. So it's just me and wee man. It been a pretty productive day. Played lots of games, cleaned the kitchen, make a good breakfast, cleaned the porch...and time to make some dinner soon.
