yah this is pretty much how I do it. a mix of chilling and doing activities. i like to have a rough idea of things i want to do, then figure out details when i get to the place

The only building I can think of that that tweet applies to is the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. An example of humans building something for beauty, not for commerce. I think that’s the difference between it and maybe every other building being built in the last few decades.

I’m 30 and i live in an area where i have easy access to transit, cabs and rideshare. (not NYC, a well connected part of LA). I havent owned a car since 2012 and have no plans to anytime soon. i dont need one for work and its so expensive and stressful to own one and not worth the hassle for me.
