I’ll believe this bullying horseshit when we have a wave of school shootings by chubby girls and gay kids.

“Tell them and show them the frightening and upsetting truth of women and girls trying to exist in this world, even when it seems they may be too young to be able to handle it.”
Ten years after the attack, a detective on the case wrote a book about the event. Now, I did not read the book, but remember “The Economist’s” review on the book. Within it he stated:
Those dead sons aren’t being blamed for the shooter’s actions. The dead girl is being blamed because she turned him down and turned him murderous. But continue your bullshit, by all means.
My son was discussing all the past presidents today, and wondered why we don’t have a female president. I explained to him that our country was scared of strong women and didn’t believe it their leadership. His response: “What!? That’s not fair!” and I almost pulled over and kissed him right there. He also wanted to…
Why did the gender of the children bother you so much but not the gender of the parent? There aren’t fathers mourning children? Fathers shouldn’t teach their children? Also, since you believe all children need to be raised right to keep them from violently shooting others, can you point to the young girls who have…
I would really recommend reading the whole article, not just the headline.
Maybe if he’d died too I could understand it. They’d be grieving, and people can do fucked up things when they’re grieving.
The media may be reporting that, but people in this area are not buying it. My whole office has nothing but contempt for the shooter’s family trying to play like he is a victim. Most people want the father arrested too- for failing to secure his firearms. People are pissed.
Great writing.

The idea that grammar is elitist pisses me off so, so much.
Come the fuck on. He was born into millionaire family, went to prestigious boarding schools, went to fucking Penn, and has lived his entire adult life in exclusive Manhattan real estate. He’s a man of the people because of random capitalizations and covfefe?
I live in DC, so I get to see tons of MAGA tourists. They all have the same dumb smirk while “fiercely making eye contact”... they want SO BADLY for you to engage with them.
“...proudly wore the damn thing while scanning every single person within range to not only make sure everyone saw their hat but also ensure that people knew it was on purpose.”
I’m surprised more people aren’t making this point. I used to work at a wedding venue and second-time brides always wore dresses that were either non traditional or minimalist. I thought of that right away when I saw Meghan’s dress.
LJ gives old man towel: “See, that’s a good boy. He knows his place.”
LJ throws towel on floor: “See they don’t know their place. Ungrateful.”
LJ stuffs towel into bottle of Everclear, lights it and throws it: “Aaaaa-aaagh!”
So here’s the thing. This is a second wedding for her. Wedding Etiquette calls for a second wedding dress to be simple and not over the top but the venue she married in calls for a full length dress and long train&veil. So while I can see why people are moaning about the simplicity of the dress, there absolutely was a…
....given Meghan Markle is both a famous actress AND married to a prince, I assume she happened without our say so or not?
“Kate won”?? I hate this stupid comparison more than anything else she said. So Katy likes her clothes tighter but why does she have to grade two womens wedding dresses against each other? I don’t see anyone grading Harrys outfit with Williams. And you know she’s the type to tweet storm when others pit her against…
