Thank you.

Stupid question* (that I think is really more in line with what the wrestler went through but I will ask anyway) but does Title IX, or anything like it involving schools that receive federal funds, come in to play with any of these issues at all? Are the women in the school held to the same hair length/style/whatever

Possible wildcard, if you like her music*, Austin City Limits is featuring Billie Eilish on this weekend’s show.

Only bringing this up because of the Billie Eilish blurb but, if you like her music, she is the artist on this weekend’s Austin City Limits on PBS.

Given Evil’s write-up above why isn’t (or I guess wasn’t) AVC covering it regularly, why is it only considered a wild card when is that good (and it very much is)? Thanks.

It almost sounds like an updated remake of Pontypool, or I guess really new adaptation of the original book, though I am sure there are older and better examples of “language horror” (not sure how to put that) out there.

So are 911 calls like these the updated version of those funny courtroom testimony answers (or lines - not sure what they were called) that used to get forwarded around?

I would guess things have had to been changed (or just not brought up again) because of the characters not really being allowed to age but originally it was raised by his father and uncles in Wyoming*, then serving in Korea, then the Mass State Troopers, finally private eye.

Wahlberg is from Boston but Spenser is a transplant (the character is from one of the Mountain states) so there is not even that (if that is what you meant). Makes me miss even the A&E versions of the character.

Now playing

If it does not show up (Kinja is acting up on me again) the “knuckles” scene from The Friends of Eddie Coyle.

Would it make a difference, good or bad, if I used crema in place of regular sour cream when trying this recipe? Thanks.

They have been running clips or excerpts of the Lev Parnas interview all day - wasn’t that his lawyer sitting with him across from Ms. Maddow (and if it was not who was it)?

For fans of The Thing would also recommend Harbinger Down (2015) with Lance Henriksen (fairly good “B” movie plus great practical monster effects). Also, if you can track it down, an older ABC Movie of the Week called A Cold Night’s Death, with Robert Culp, Eli Wallach, and Michael Gwynne.

Since I did not see it mentioned, and it looks like you are listing everything new, starting tomorrow there is also The Deputy with Stephen Dorff. It looks to be a big city version of Longmire (course I haven’t seen it yet so what do I know).

“The network showed a photo of late Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings, who died in October at 68, when referring to Georgia Democrat John Lewis.

I’ll miss it. I’ll be honest that I thought it did Magnum better than the reboot does (a reboot that should rightly be called Higgins). Plus I enjoyed it because it sort of hit that Death in Paradise spot (though absolutely nowhere near as good) with an enjoyable cast, scripts that were not exactly deep but fun, and

No, Mr. Crowe only does Canadian tv (see Republic of Doyle, a really good and fun P.I. show).
