Rather than this I would rather be reading about a real-world production looking to cast the lead in a faithful (and hopefully good) adaptation of Peter O’Donnell’s “Modesty Blaise” series.

I did not have a strong opinion one way or the other* until I drank a Pilsner Urquell from a can. Was never impressed with bottled Urquell, never got why folks liked it. Then I had a can of Urquell. No idea why but Urquell from a can is so much better than from a bottle.

It was 1987, and some Hollywood producers decided hey, what better time to take a moderately well-regarded* King/Bachman novel and totally change the entire thing, turn it into an Arnold Schwarzenegger action vehicle, by basically ripping off a French movie called Le prix du danger and, probably without realizing it,…
Not related specifically to this, but curious about a different census question. No idea if it will still be on the upcoming census, and this is going back (I think) to the last census, but if anyone has an idea why does the government ask or need to know about adopted children in the household? Thanks.
First, thank you for this information. Not going to go by the FDA website info alone but (I think) it is good to have many sources to use for research when I am looking up various scrips.
Yeah, that is the one.
Much as I enjoy the Rathbone Holmes series the best onscreen Holmes and Watson (to me) are still Vasily Livanov and Vitaly Solomin in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson productions.
The version I read about (on a list of pranks that I swear was used as an article on one of the Giz sites) was to replace the mayo with Fluff or some other marshmallow creme, then just start eating away in a public place.
Wait, I was told when* I get to Australia if I wanted coffee close to what I was used to** I should order a “long black” because if I just said “could I get a coffee please” I would get a coffee made with steamed milk (that somehow was not a cafe au lait). Was this incorrect advise? Thanks.
I have never heard it called a hog before - honest to whatever just for a split second I thought you were talking about a motorcycle (but Trump plus bike????).
“Martin just used three spoonfuls of brown sugar.”
Thank you.
If anyone knows the answer is it true that Mr. Hader does not know what is on the cue cards, that he is reading the lines for the first time live with no prep on Update? Thanks.
But don’t we already know that some things happened after he took office? Not saying we know everything, or there is not a lot more to come, but wouldn’t anything done by whoever (whomever?) against Ms. Daniels after she went public, such as the legal moves and threats we already know about, fall under what Mr.…

With the understanding that there should be some type of mandatory course that deeply covers privilege*, along with other related subjects, I have to be honest that I am not sure this is a bad thing given some of the incredibly racist or just plain stupid stuff teachers, supposedly without any oversight, have done…
Not that I am right (or that it even matters) but, mostly because I am old with bad eyesight, I would have sworn that was Nat Geo’s/PBS’ Boyd Matson (and maybe his wife) in the header picture.
