Yeah, the direction was pretty good - but the writing just left a LOT on the table for such a loaded episode. I have a feeling this season will end just as lopsided as the last season. Likely because they packed so much into the first season - maybe because they didn’t know if they would get a second season. And while I enjoy having a more comics accurate version of Cyborg in the cast, I do wish we could have had more time with Beast Boy on the team.
