Agreed. With American Housewife, the original cast members leaving and being replaced just didn’t sit right. The retooling and recasting of Anna-Kat was never right. Her eccentricities were what made her endearing and interesting. It was nice to see a child with neuro-atypical tendencies navigate the world without the

Apologies - didn’t mean to offend. Just adding info in case anyone else was interested in the show or the comments...

Actually a pretty good show. One correction though - it covers the periods of elementary school, high school and college. One of my favorite parts is seeing future NFL hall of famers depicted as college freshmen at University of Miami.

The wrestling stand-ins are actually REALLY good! Makes me nostalgic for those days when WCW and WWF were exiting and fun to watch!

You know, I hadn’t thought of Debris as much of an X-Files clone but rather more of a Fringe clone. Still very similar premise... Are you enjoying it so far?

Working retail in a big box store is quite the humbling experience....!

Isn’t there a series of books based in the Remo world?

I just bought a pair of the Figs x New Balance 996s. Very comfortable.

Pete gave me serious Dexter vibes. Even his apartment and secret hidey-hole felt like a lot of the serial killers from Dexter. Given that “Ella” also acted on Dexter, I thought this was a nice callback to her time on that show. Glad she survived both!

Thank you for your article. I look forward to reading more. I never thought of From Dusk Til Dawn as lovecraftian - but now I think I’ll revisit through this lens.

Yes bricks are very cheap. We have used a kettlebell to press tofu for years. We keep the 16 pounder in the kitchen just in case.

Agreed - it appears that there may be a paradox that connects Harlan to the creation of the powered generation of kids...

We have two that I purchased on Amazon last year for Cyber Monday. This was followed by a rebate from our local power company. They were dead easy to install (downstairs and upstairs). My only issues have been: 1) the upstairs thermostat unit is in the master bedroom and had difficulty balancing the temps for the

Agreed. It was good but not great. At the end, it felt somewhat complete. At the onset of the story, however, I was expecting the series to be a bit more quirky with dashes of dark humor but eh... I agree with brontosaurian below - definitely Fargo-lite!

So what monitor did you go with? I’m in the market for an ultra-wide, but I need it to be decent for office and design work as well as gaming.

This really sucks. And goes to show how TV Fiction does little to mirror the harsh realities of racism. I have fond memories of this show and was especially pleased to see the add McGee to the cast. It is just horrible to now learn about the behind the scenes racism she experienced. Now I have to break this to my 10

Thank you for so eloquently expressing my thoughts! LOL! I agree that Andrew is likely observing how Molly responds to the Issa situation as a litmus test of how she handles issues in relationships. I’m betting there will be a breakup next episode. I’ve felt that his character has been a bit off this season, but I’m

Haven’t seen it yet, but it is on my list. What didn’t you like about it?

Yeah, the direction was pretty good - but the writing just left a LOT on the table for such a loaded episode. I have a feeling this season will end just as lopsided as the last season. I wonder if we’ll have to wait another two years before anything gets resolved - or at least let some of the characters move forward
