The deeper in to the show we get, the more I am conflicted how they are presenting Taystee.

If that’s what you took away from this storyline, you need to go find a soul.

In fairness child-killer Beth did owe Ruiz an apology for nearly drowning her in a toilet

The show should not be this successful in making Beth the child killer as much comedy gold as it does. I just lost it when she told Maria that her children couldn’t read.

nope. no hope at all, once you’re out the country that is literally it, you won’t get back in [legally] no matter how many lawyers you speak to and how good they are. Doesn’t matter if you’re a dreamer, green card etc.
Personally, I think it’s some seriously messed up shit, treating people worse than animals, but some

Well, the show’s wonky timeline explains the first objection: it was 201X when the show started, and so it’s very possible that in the current wonky timeline version of the show Maritza would have qualified before committing a felony. (I didn’t know about the felony distinction, so I appreciate that clarification).

But my point is not referring to post-show comics. I’m saying if it had happened in the show’s run that suddenly Buffy wasn’t in Sunndyale anymore interact with the Scooby Gang as the new status quo, it would’ve transformed it into a completely different (and far less interesting) show.

Gatekeeping is bad, but it seems valid to critique the vocal minority who are insisting that if the show doesn’t include the ship between Veronica and her high school boyfriend, it’s a total abomination... or something.

People who bitch about their favorite pretty boy being murdered are just as fucking awful as those Tumblr hordes that would spend weeks downgrading every episode of The 100 on IMDB.

I love that little nod to her - I bet she would have loved him in this role.

It’s worth pointing out that “Murder-heads” are a real thing. Patton Oswalt’s late wife Michelle McNamara was instrumental in bringing the Golden State Killer to justice. She was actually the one who named him the Golden State Killer, which was a more eye catching name than E.A.R./O.N.S. (East Area Rapist/Original

Very bizarre and unexpected, but Logan’s soft little “please, no” when the tall one picks the butter knife up made it up for me.

“Logan Echolls was an unrepetant dink... also kind of a racist with shirtty parents, but that didn’t stop the audience from shipping him and Veronica, so after they put Veronica in a stable relationship, the writers had to come up with a very contrived way to fit the fan service reunion into the movie”.

Aaaaaaand that’s a wrap ladies and gentlemen. Astounding review work by the lovely Miss Caroline as usual. It’s going to be odd not looking forward to a marvel Netflix show. The last 4 years of them have been far from perfect but I’d be a liar if I say I didn’t invest and enjoy them. A fitting end for Jessica and

Lets just all remember that he is a child and likely doesn’t have the perspective to understand how awful this is. And instead blame the scores of adults who still made it happen.

This sounds very much like a Bad Idea.

That sounds mean spirited even for a typical prank show.

Or she comes to her senses and realises Lex is still evil and manipulative while Kara is a basically good person who happens to have a secret. Of course, that won’t happen because where’s the potential for drama?

She reminded me of people who think it’s not the right time to talk about gun control after a mass shooting.

I mean, Alex making stupid decisions is literally her MO. Remember, in the first episode she wanted Kara to let the plane she herself was riding on to crash and explode just so Kara wouldn’t use her powers in public. Of course Alex is going to tell Kara to do the wrong thing.
