Stupid questioning by the cops. It was obvious he was trying to be Incognito.

The NBA is a bad product. Fans try to convince themselves that any of these other teams have a chance, referring to draft picks, or mediocre “stars” that will somehow make a difference. The final four in the East/West was essentially predicted before the season started.

WRITER FIGHT! WRITER FIGHT! Inject it into my veins!

“The Post story reads as if you’d run its predecessors through an algorithm”

I don’t know why this is such a surprising observation/discussion. Take the same survey where you ask people who the most famous hockey player is. I’ll bet MAYBE some people say Gretzky. Same with the NFL. After Brady retires, who do you think people will know? How about after Lebron James? I guarantee you the NY’ers

This is the usual Deadspin M.O. “Hey, I never said that this happened/they did anything, but I’ll just hint at it enough so you know my opinion and I can get a bunch of crazy comments supporting my brilliant journalism.”

Wow, it looks like the Cavs are going to make it to the Finals. NOBODY would’ve predicted that before the year. The NBA...it’s Faaaaaaaantastic!

Hilarious. The other parents must be loving this. Nothing better than to see these games get stretched out even more, with kids brushing off their coaches to act like an asshole. So fun!

LOL Phillies

Since it’s only happened 3 times in 7 years, I think it’s only fair that Edmonton gets another #1 pick, until they eventually make the playoffs.

He dropped a Bom Jong me!

Sofa King was NOT happy to lose their team sponsorship.

Caveat: I have no ties to the NFL or their product, but your story sounds like something that happens at every existing television network. The higher executives and talent don’t hang out with the producers? Of course not. There are scumbags and creeps who work at most places, at every level. The seasonal thing

Again, though, you need to know how Bills fans think. You say Peterman is utterly unproven, but not to Bills fans. He lit it up in the preseason, and played FANTASTIC in garbage time against the Saints. That’s good enough for them!

You obviously didn’t pay attention when Bills fans were clamoring for Frank Reich over Kelly, Rob Johnson over Flutie, or the great J.P. Losman/Trent Edwards debate of ‘08.

“...even as its core base of fans shrinks and ratings and ticket sales continue to fall.”

HOT TAKE ALERT!

Oh man! Give me a quick rundown of your team. Who did you start?

Holy crap! You were starting him in fantasy this week? PLEASE tell me more!

Thanks Peter Gammons!
