I’d debate you in the films, but in the actual book which this comic’s punchline is referencing, Deckard is 100% human.
I came expecting to see a pic with a room full of white guys, looked at that pic and got excited that there were so many women and persons of color. Then I made the mistake of reading what the criticism was actually about and promptly remembered why I hate humans of the internetz.

Other points aside (it really is overly convoluted and confusing), the combat only starts out as simplistic button mashing. Try that shit on the later bosses, especially those optional super bosses, and you’re in for a wooorld of hurt brother.
I’ve never found the story as convoluted as everyone says. Besides, there’s 2 PS4 collections with all the games so everyone who complains about platforms can’t really use that excuse anymore
