I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me a “letter of assurance” can easily be back-tracked. The supes here are all full of shit. 3 years ago people were saying if China’s growth ever dipped below 8%, the wheels would come off... so just worth keeping an eye on. I don’t think it’s sustainable, especially given soccer isn’t the top sport there and likely won’t ever be.
