At 36 and after years of no makeup and graduating to classic/natural office makeup, I fell in love with chartreuse eye shadow. It’s an Internet romance, because I have yet to acquire my heart’s desire, but can anyone advise me of holidays/special locations I can wear it without feeling obvious and somewhat earned

I was making the mistake of wearing it during the day but it sounds like you are better at reading directions than me! I hope a weaker dose is the answer.

Are you wearing it at night or during the day?

I use two brushes for eye makeup (shader and one of those bent-ended liner brushes) and one for bronzer. I'm terrible about cleaning! Am I the only weirdo still applying foundation with my fingers?

Apparently I have been storing my art brushes badly for...since forever.

Right? I can't beat $4.83 or whatever it ends up being after the coupon.

YASSSS!

Come on, that was funny.

Hahaha!

Shut it, oppressor.

I agree - this is really beautiful stuff, and it's opened up my eyes to nail art.

Wow. I thought Rich wrote this for a second.

Right? I'd catch that stuff on every sweater and in my hair. The tortoise shell one ARE divine.

What a great idea. I told my dad that his body will be afloat a Viking ship replica and we will burn it in the middle of Picwick Lake until the TVA comes to arrest our asses.

My mom’s cousin died when I was 13 and we flew back to Florida to go to the funeral. They had been very close and he had slowly wasted from AIDS. This was just around the time HIV/AIDS was first being discussed openly, and I had also just lost an uncle to it. I rarely saw this side of my much-loved family so for me,

That last part right there? That was beautiful. It's like you live in my town.

They need a wee bit of warming before they're edible.

Good lord, that boy is a complete doll! I'm in love, that's it.

Sorry - just read down...
