A big infusion of cash from the Russians.

Did you foresee that there would be so much medical drama under a Trump presidency, because I really didn’t!

Stephen Baldwin was in Threesome. I would prefer to keep him there.

For real, I also went through all the comments wondering if someone else thought it was a typo or if it’s just a joke going completely over my head.

I’m seriously hoping for a typo. Intentionally misgendering someone is both a low move and adds to the idea that ‘she = lesser’

I’m trying to figure out if the “She’s” in the title is a typo or some type of joke at Don Jr.’s expense.

‘I wouldn’t be surprised to see his name on a ticket.’

Anywhere that would elect him, he’ll never live in. So this is all highly unlikely.

I was most offended by Mika stating it was wrong to criticize a mother. GROSS.

“Watching a wife and mother be humiliated on national television for her looks is deplorable ... All women have a duty to unite when these attacks happen and the WHCA owes Sarah an apology.”

Agreed. I did not interpret the “Aunt Lydia” comment as a comment on appearance at all. Maybe they haven’t seen “Handmaid’s Tale” and just Googled “Aunt Lydia” after the dinner and made their own assumptions?

“Later today, Haley told reporters that her relationship with Trump is “perfect.”

I hate Ryan Zinke and he deserves to be buried in an avalanche but...

Not necessarily. An attorney could have a duty of confidentiality based on a client intake interview. However if the attorney was not providing legal services (say, an attorney was acting as a personal assistant), there is no attorney-client privilege. Attorney-client privilege does not exist just because there is an

Attorney-client privilege is not derived from contract law so consideration is not required because there is no “contract” for privilege. I am bound by attorney-client privilege for potential clients that I never end up representing. It sounds weird but the rationale behind it helps clarify why the privilege is

What is hysterical here is that Hannity is claiming that he was never a client while in the very next breath claiming that there is client/attorney privilege. Pick a lane, Sean.

Not true- privilege forms in a consultation pre-retainer. It’s commonly how people try to manipulate the system- by consulting with all the quality lawyers in an area to prevent their adversary (like in a divorce proceeding) from ever retaining any of them because the mere consultation created confidential knowledge

A fairly plausible theory I’ve heard is that Hannity/Cohen/Trump all worked on various election fuckery together, and they’re claiming that Hannity was Cohen’s client to try to protect the records of that.

Binders full of attorneys!

Hannity did something filthy, right?
