Raising taxes 1% will apparently kill millions of jobs, but truth is it just means the super-wealthy would just lose 0.01% of their massive net worth.

Even the “cheapest” car here is probably at least 2X the net worth of 99.7% of Americans. This country needs more tax cuts for the rich, I say! /s
Kinda surprised on the F50.
All those wonderful sedans and coupe...let’s build more crossovers!
You have to be the first person I’ve ever come across who finds the E46 their least favorite.
Can I interest you in the Lotus Emira?
Once again... Buying BRAND NEW EVs doesn’t make financial sense at all UNLESS you’re planning on keeping it for the long term (and even then, it still makes more sense to buy a slightly used one)
I assume it’s a poor attempt of ironic humor, but who knows.
Make it illegal for dealerships to do much of the sh*t they do.
No dislike here. The system is absolutely set up to allow people to take advantage of financial illiterates. Car salespeople specifically are trained to distract from the total price and only talk about payments, making damn sure not to mention that those payments will continue for the better part of a decade.
Well the good news is I bet he knows all his state capitals and can play a hell of a tune on the recorder.
I’ve spent a lot of time learning about personal finance and I’m naturally very frugal. That said, I’m less inclined than I used to be about financial-shaming people. The deck is usually stacked, there’s a power imbalance, and a car purchase is usually not a discretionary luxury purchase for most people. This comment…
I wouldn’t take a Cybertruck if they gave it to me free. I might take it if they paid me to take it.
Who cares? I drove some BMW EV that let you pick themes for the car. Each one had a unique acceleration synthesized sound. I thought it was pretty cool. If people want it to sound like an ICE, who TF cares?
As long as it’s an option that can be turned off, I’m all for it. Let your freak flag fly.
Nah. Someone will troll it.
This is not sour grapes at all - but that is the least attractive Veyron I’ve seen. The red wheels look like they’re straight from an Autozone.
Share your sentiment. The Veyron is a pointless car owned by people who have a pointless amount of money. As a technological exercise? Fascinating. As a car? Boring. If someone drove a Veyron to my house I’d drive it to wherever I could sell it first and that’s it. Same thing with every Bugatti that’s come after.
