I’ve been prescribed Tramadol for my lower back issues. I only take it if my back flares up, maybe three times a year or so, but it helps. It also just makes me warm and drowsy. Not a fan but it does help the lower back pain

I’m kind of surprised with how much I am enjoying Apex Legends. I tried Fortnite and just felt old and out of touch. There’s just something more fun about Apex for me, but I’m not sure what it is.

Question for the boating types here. Does a boat this size need a full crew and captain to run or can the owner just take it out on his own? Is there a size limit to what a normal non captain type person can drive?
