In my few decades on Earth I’ve stuffed my share of trunks (phrasing!) and never had a goose neck get in the way.
Looks like a much bigger opening.
Hatchback that does it all. Done.
I can’t put a bike in the frunk. And with that little opening, I’m not sure I can put one in the back either, at least without removing the handlebars.
Right, because the shopper looking at a $35k (25k after incentives?) sticker has no issue DOUBLING that....
Why elect to put a massive rear window like that witch serves little purpose aside from making the car hotter in the summer?

Unless they’re going to have a fold down firewall (lol) to allow a pass through from the frunk to fit tall/long awkwardly sized items in, yes it's a big deal. It's not just about cubic feet of storage but about accessibility.
You guys aren’t selling these things for a year; why not take some time to figure this out right.
Honestly a HUD can be done ridiculously cheaply now. A Small LCD set at high contrast above the steering wheel and a semi reflective patch on the window are all you really need.

It’s for cost savings. Having it on a “pole” means that you can substantially simplify the dashboard, to the point where it’s probably a really cheapass assembly that doesn’t require any background structure; tack this onto the firewall and you’re done. This is a genius method of cheapening the car while trying to…
It’s an interesting design approach. On the one hand, it would be nice if they could find a way to integrate it. On the other hand, integrating a screen of that size means you have to widen the dash quite a bit, and also flow the lines of the dash around it. By not doing that, they can keep the dash low, narrow, and…
Every time I drive through a known speed trap?
You need to cut costs somewhere, but I would expect plastics to be on par with similarly-priced cars.
I see a market for someone to create vinyl stickers of various grill types to apply to the front. You heard it here first!
Need something. A reshaping or something.
I like everything about this car. Except for the boring plan front with the stiff upper duck lip.
It’s just to bland. Needs something somethin. Perhaps a bank of fog lamps.
