I’m just south of you in Northern VA, we have to deal with the Dulles Greenway, an earlier private road experiment I can see from my window - $7 or more just to go 2 exits. Everyone goes around it and traffic is magnificent. I’d like to say I feel your pain, but I think you have it far worse.
