I don’t get why people do this. Seriously. It’s stupid.

They hired him before they saw his acting, then saw his acting and said he needed more acting classes and threw money for him to learn how to act and pushed back the production just to wait for him to learn how to act.
Counterargument: You are powerless. You were born randomly into the chaos of random circumstances, which you have little power to change. (born in Iran, Muslim, born in Kentucky, Christian, born in Utah, Mormon) Raised by parents that were thrown together randomly by natural impulses they couldn’t understand or…
We like to think we are separate from animals, but we have no idea what goes on inside their minds. It’s like a pissing contest and the animals aren’t even interested in participating in it. With the way we kill, maim, defame, judge, hate, terrorize, and viciously control each other, I would say that we are worse off…
They both do a lot of their own stuff in the comics. In the movies, they really leaned on turning Lucius Fox into Batman’s version of M, which isn’t how it is in the comics. Granted, Iron Man has far more tech in the comics than Batman.
Batman also designs his own but not tot he extent of Iron Man. Iron Man kind of has time to unlike Batman whos up all day and up all night with little to no room for anything else.
I passive-aggressively utilize the “plow into you” strategy of going through rather than around a backpack. It’s only a matter of time before I get my ass kicked, but until then I’ll enjoy the meager satisfaction it affords.
Finn’s attempted sacrifice mirrors Poe’s ill-starred attack on the dreadnaught that cost the Resistance their bomber squadron. The whole theme of the movie is that common sense is better than dumb heroics. It’s a lesson that everybody learns, except Kylo, who ends up being made an ass out of by a phantom.
I think it’s open to interpretation, but the scene is more about her realizing that she’s a somebody when Poe tells her he already knows who she is, after spending the whole past two movies telling herself (and Kylo telling her) that she’s nobody.
This is really odd. I have never thought of Batman as a hero. Back in the seventies and eighties (don’t quote me on this), he was known as an anti hero. But an all out hero, no. Batman was, is and will always be a vigilante. Someone who operates outside the law,but walks the fine line between psychopath and sanity. I…
Already answered. Sorta racist as hell...
No one has been killed by space debris? How about the dinosaurs Ryan, guess you’ve never heard of them?
(drinks unnameable herbal tea, vapes, is beaten rightfully so by angry mob)
Look, at its most basic- they gave Superman to the guy who did 300. And Watchmen. Because they thought, “Superheroes gotta be dark for anyone to watch them now.” And it blew up in their faces. Wait ten years, actually 5 this day and age, and do it on HBO. DC meets Game of Thrones.
If Snyder was indeed fired, then using his daughter’s suicide as a cover for leaving the project is abhorrent.
Then again, the exact same could be said about Ronan the Accuser in GotG and that was still a good film.
Just show him the 3 original movies, never tell them of the prequels and sequels, let him enjoy his childhood. He will discover and be disappointed by the other movies on his own.
Speculation: X-Franchise delays are to finalize pushing out Bryan Singer and work in connective ties to the MCU.
its less that it’s not feminist.
Exactly. North Carolina is a stand-your-ground state. If he did have a gun, he would have been within his rights to kill those police officers who did not identify themselves as such, but came into his backyard and opened fire on him.
It’s the very same people who say ‘why didn’t he just comply’ that are the first to say the ‘cops feared for their lives.’
