I think you’re giving Jobs far too much credit, he was no genius, just a good salesman AND a supreme asshole/sociopath. 

Not so sure Steve Jobs had uncanny instincts. He resisted two of the things that helped launch Apple into the stratosphere and he treated his cancer with vitamins and high-protein smoothies. But was definitely an asshole. 

I’ve been fortunate (???) to have had approximately the same number of female bosses as male bosses in my 25+ years of professional life, and I’d say the gender split between asshole sociopaths and nice people is probably the same.

These women treat feminism like all it means is, replace a man with a women and do the same toxic shit. If you’re not changing the culture established by the patriarchy you need to pick a new buzzword. 

I’ve worked for good bosses and bad bosses of both genders, and the connecting factor for all the bad ones is that they were assholes.  The good ones were not assholes.  They had other personality traits too, but I agree that the problem with bad bosses is not their gender, it’s their assholery.
