I really could go on and on here, but just a few samples for your consideration: Donald Rumsfeld (remember him?) with one of my favorite folks, Saddam Hussein:

JWoww's postpartum false eyelashes are the best.

Did we just time travel back to a few years ago when Americans still couldn't visit Cuba, or a few decades ago when Jay-z sold drugs?

Yep.

I wish I could give this a million +1s.

If you think women aren't constantly, from the time they're young girls, taught what not to do to avoid being assaulted, you're really fucking ignorant. That's not something any woman needs help with; she's heard it from parents and older sisters and the media her entire life. You're not helping women by making these

My buddy @edotwoods put it best: "You can't rape a woman no matter what she's wearing. But what was she wearing though?!?"

"TO ALL THOSE WOMEN WHO MISCONSTRUED. Bitch, stop being so stupid! Just because my words mean something doesn't mean I can't backtrack and claim to mean something else. Alternatively, I can just restate my entirely fucked up initial claim and again be aghast when people call me out!"

Well none of us took preventative measures to stop this.

First, the argument that previous PMs were equally anti-environmentalist does not excuse Harper's anti-environmentalism. Second, they were not equally anti-environmentalist and you know that; the fact that Chretien married the daughter of an Oil CEO is just not equivalent to Harper's public fellatio of the industry.

well as Stephen A. thinks

I love when people begin to defend their own stupidity, it starts with things like "I simply said" or 'All I was trying to say" Like somehow everybody else was missing the point.

"Guys, what I was trying to say was..."

I think he is literally going to make the exact same argument he did on the show and not even realize it.

Stephen A's basic message: "If I start by saying 'It's not right to hit a woman,' THAT'S the part you're supposed to pay attention to. Not the part where I go on to say we should be mindful of how women provoke their beatings."

He's one of those guys who thinks you can start a sentence with "Not to be offensive,

You've got to love the way the Supreme Court has been stepping up to challenge Harper and giving the First Nations even more power in light of all this.

I suppose I'm just pessimistic. I think Harper and Co. have been very successful at brokering a number of extralegal backroom deals that are essentially grooming Canada to be a giant resource colony for multinationals. I hope that Enbridge's pipeline sinks but I fear that simple outrage will not be enough.

This stuff is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-abrasive, non-flammable, and you can find it cheap pretty much anywhere.

Amazing. A person who doesn't like people who "belittle" trans people yet in the very next statement writes something that is incredibly belittling to trans people. Holy fucking shit.
