I'm really surprised at the PLL one.
absolutely agree with you, there is no: but maybe I should have ordered x instead. I've never worked at a place with more than 20 items including apps and never will, but I've known guys who have. Its hard enough being in the weeds with a reasonable menu.
Yeah, but it's not like, rill fraud against rill Americans. Just illegals ya know?
We read a collection of stories in high school that I believe was based on the author's childhood in south Texas and the stories he gathered from that area. One of the stories took place during a war (I forget which one) when most of the young Mexican American men were off fighting. A salesman would go door to door…
Species embarrassment again!
I have always thought the religious assume any bad person is an atheist. The bad person must not have faith or they wouldn't steal/cheat on their partner/whatever.
When you pass up your 2nd in command who has been there longer than anyone else, is admired, talented and clearly capable for someone from outside, that's disrespect. Then you don't let the person know in advance so they're basically finding out at the same time as everyone else. That is discourteous and super shady.…
Gossip, ohh internet gossip, we all like it
if I can conceive, carry, and deliver a baby ... allowing him to participate in naming it is a courtesy I'm extending. I don't need his permission to do anything.
I wanted to say something longer or more emphatic. When the in-laws (or, God forbid, my parents) say something about how he won't "let" me do something, I feel the overwhelming need to show everyone that, if I can conceive, carry, and deliver a baby ... allowing him to participate in naming it is a courtesy I'm…
They don't roll any more? I am such an old.
I think it takes some revisionism to see the corset as a positive thing. It was an oppressive contraption. Sure....some women may have benefited, but restriction of movement, boning, thick extra layer of clothing always pressing against your vital organs— yuck!!!!!! I have worn a corset (modern one while still being…
In The Kings Speech his parents and the public didn't appreciate his stuttering though. He was ridiculed at such a level that he hired a tutor to rid him of it. Nobody considered it a sign of sophistication. His own father called him an idiot.
Let's bring this back. My doctor told me yesterday that I might have arthritis in my hip. The pamphlet she gave me suggested use of a cane, but a fashionable limp could work.
i use cast iron to cook burgers and steaks sometimes. Get the grill up around 500-600 and cook on the cat iron. Fantastic meats with juices chared inside.
Second this. We have a condo with a tiny patio and a small gas grill is the best we can do. But it doesn't get very hot, so we can never do any "real" grilling. But we love pan-seared, oven-roasted chicken and steak. And doing that indoors is always a hassle. It smokes up the kitchen and often sets off the smoke…
It was held by Food Services of America about 7 years ago as a service to customers. I remember it being interesting at the time.
