Now we’re gonna hear, yeah but so did x amount of teams. NO,

Literally two minutes after I sent that response, I saw that Hood is a -82 in these playoffs, no one else on Cleveland has a +/- worse than -43.

Hood isn’t the answer, particularly after begging out of Game 4 of the Toronto series, when Lue wanted him to play in garbage time and he said no. I would have benched him the rest of the playoffs after that, because he’s been terrible on the court too. Averaging 17 minutes, he has more scoreless outings (3) than

So I take it you’re not on the “Phils should sign Harper” train?

To be fair, he looked like Homeless Andrea Pirlo when he lived/played in Milan and Turin too.

I agree with you on the three young guys being forced to grow up and take on bigger roles without Kyrie. Marcus Morris does not belong in that group - he’s 28 and has been exactly who he is since 2012. He’s playing well, sure, and his defense was very good yesterday, but his 13 playoff games (or 25 post-Kyrie games)

The Athletic’s Bay Area page had an exclusive the other day that Klay’s people and the Warriors had already started discussing the framework for an extension, and will work in earnest when the season ends. That says he’s willing to leave $60ish million on the table versus going to FA, and that the Warriors ownership

It’s tough - because that lineup with both Rozier and Smart is fucking killer defensively. But as good as Horford, Brown, and Tatum are, they have lost and (presumably) will lose games in which Kyrie’s shotmaking would have bailed them out.

But viewing Hinkie’s tenure solely through the context of the draft picks he made is intentionally missing a large part of it. Robert Covington and TJ McConnell are the process as much as Embiid.

If you’re so bad at sarcasm that it comes off as indistinguishable from that which you’re trying to mock, you don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Jaylen Brown has been MUCH better, much sooner, than I expected even as the third pick.

Not really related to the article itself, but man, did that early-80's AWA have some great talkers or what? Gene Mean, Ventura, Hogan, and of course pairing Heenan and Bockwinkel was just downright unfair to anyone opposing them on the mic.

I’m never going to predict a rookie to be as good as an All-Timer, but this kid has SO MUCH young Wade in him.

Is that Jewish Bradley Cooper with a prototype half-himself/half-Gerard Butler clone?

Nary a unit of hot dog meat in sight, unfortunately, but here’s Mitt awkwardly viewing sport just for the hell of it.

They’ve taken him way out of his comfort zone on defense, and are forcing him to cripple the Sixers’ passing and movement to get his points.

That has been a real issue for Embiid as he breezed past what we all expected to be his minute and game expectations this year. It’s obvious that his stamina isn’t all the way there - which makes it even crazier and scarier if he does get the kind of conditioning where he can go 35 minutes night after night.

He saw Pirates of the Caribbean when he was ten and never wavered.

I guess when you’re famous, Instagram is as effective as Tinder?

I think Triano was the interim, right?
