I’ve come across that one as well, but it autodetected Bulgarian for some reason (I couldn’t even read Cyrillic if my life depended on it). I’d guess they’ve moved to markets where English speaking press is rarely read? I also doubt they’d actually deliver after taking your money.
The wheels run on pads (with the guide bars on the outside) instead of rails. You can also see the steel wheel backup, that does run on rails, on the inside.
