You are an awesome person. I don't care for Seth MacFarlane, but Ted is awesome. One of the better movies I saw in theaters last summer, for sure.

Blergh - whose weddings have you been in? I've been in 4 and not a single one of the brides got bitchy. To be fair, a good friend of mine has been in 2 weddings with nightmare brides, but they were always nightmare people who she has the bad luck of being related to. I feel like if someone is a kind thoughtful person

Macarons, yo! The best treat ever.

This is a ridiculous, childish thing to do BUT today I am feeling her pain, since I spent the day getting screwed over first by Delta and then by my apartment building. Still though, adult temper tantrums do not need to happen. Ever.

Woah. That is eerily accurate.

There are not words for how much I love Angel Coulby in Merlin! I'm not a Doctor Who fan but I think I'll seek out her episode.

Really? I felt like she was so guilty about not loving Gale the way he wanted her to that she didn't allow herself to accept that she had feelings for Peeta. But it always read to me like she was attracted to Peeta.

Exactly! 1. Nobody was ever going to live up to the standard described in the book. 2. I totally imagined Finnick as an objectively handsome guy, pleasant to look at but not somebody I would personally get all excited about. And Sam Claflin is that. I liked him in the other stuff I've seen him in, and I've actually

Jesse Williams would have been my preference but I think Sam Claflin is a great choice. I've liked him in Pillars of the Earth and Snow White and the Huntsman. And when they came out with the photos of the tributes in their body suits, I got a little giddy at his.

I have nothing substantial to say here but, hi Peeta!

Congrats! Yeah, being the first one and being the last one are probably equally strange.

Just got back from a wedding where I got to play with cute babies! The cute babies were very exciting, but this was the first wedding I've been to where a lot of the people my age had kids or are expecting. It kind of freaked me out.

It's not like the greatest movie ever made, but I thought it was pretty enjoyable. I love Soderbergh. His films are always well made and I think he takes things that should be bad or pretty standard, and makes them good.

So I like Meta Golding from her stint on Criminal Minds, and it would be great if the exposure from this meant she'd be in more stuff. But this is really not what I pictured for Enobaria. I always thought of her as taller and very muscular - definitely not a typically gorgeous woman who happened to have razor teeth.

So what can be done?

Good! If it helps at all, I still think Joffrey is the worst little shit ever shat into existence. But Jack Gleeson is awesome!

Right! He's all sweet and lovely and then when his face and posture turn into "evil guy" it's absolutely chilling.

That's so great!

I'm sure that is sometimes true, but at the end of the day if you say "not all ... are like that" you're dismissing what somebody is trying to tell you about their personal experience and making it about yourself instead. A real ally, whether it's a feminist man or a straight gay rights activist or a white anti-racism
