Truly baffled at the lack of critical thinking inherent in people’s assumption that this was faked, as if that could improve ratings mid-show.

Exactly. It isn’t like everybody’s Spidey sense starts tingling when two grown men are about to get into a slap fight on network TV.

there’s nothing more depressing than watching people fill in the significant voids of things they don’t know with banana bread

I finally watched “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” on YouTube and was thoroughly underwhelmed. I don’t get the hype.

Whoever plays drums for her now?

This is an impressively dumb post. I applaud you.

Guys don’t feed the troll

My father was an Exxon executive tangentially involved with the creation of this ride. Don’t @ me, the family divested our stock long ago and I drive an EV. The gossip I have is that Ellen was a last minute replacement for Tim Allen, who had originally been signed for the gig until Exxon got wind of his cocaine bust.

Dude just typed the four words he thinks the most often while masturbating.

Imagine being the kind of weirdo whining about “tedious woke race porn.” Good lord, that’s gotta be bleak.

Really dug deep for that little tirade, didnt you kiddo

I have no patience for games that see themselves as a challenge that you need to “get good” to overcome. I’m perfectly adequate at video games; God help me if I ever get good at them.

Jesus people, cut the new reviewer some slack. The movie looks delightful, the previews are giving away enough that we don't need anymore spoilers here, and I'm happy to read a review that comes in from an authenticity-angle rather than a plot regurgitation.

My two observations:

Totally agree.  Based on all the pre-release press, I thought “Funny People” was just going to be about the comedy scene and a bunch of comics at various stages of their careers, not a sad-sack Adam Sandler roman a clef.

“Moon Knight is going to be bloody and violent, until he makes an appearance in the next Avengers movie and, like, kicks a CGI villain down a flight of stairs or something.”

So your name is meant to be ironic, then?

Too much hate for Don’t Look Up. It’s no masterpiece but I thought it was fun.

The “solution” is the same as it ever was: Listen to the criticism of marginalized people and try to do better next time.
