You can’t do anything that isn’t US spec, like add a manual to a car that doesn’t have one here, but you can make usually do a la carte selections of normally packaged items. For instance, if you don’t want a sunroof but do want leather you can get it even if those items are packaged together for cars sold in the US.

The Fridge Light podcast did a great episode about the change in the chicken industry (Dark Meat/Light Meat).  I’m quite sad they stopped making that show, it was really well done.

“Salty” being the key word there Allison. Old Bay tastes mostly like someone reusing a leftover spice jar for a salt shaker.  There is some other flavor there, but mostly you are coming for the salt.

Sorry, I smoke my own. When I do I will usually do a bunch and then seal and freeze them for when I need them for dip.  You just need to make friends with someone who has a smoker.

Smoked chicken breast is my favorite for this. The smokiness adds another flavor element and the fact that chicken breasts tend to get a bit dried out and chewy in the smoker really works in this case as it adds a nice texture element.

The driver is really going to get grilled over this one.  His boss is really steamed.
