If, as you said, his personality wouldn't change as a result who would it hurt to have some inclusion?

Am I honestly the only one who -doesn't mind- these articles on problematic gender issues in videogames?
Of course he's straight. Because it's not like we have too many straight, white, rugged male heroes or anything.
"Plus, he dresses pretty well."
Can't she wear a basic T-shirt instead? Same effect, right?
There's, like, all of two women in the entirety of the original trilogy.
I can't tell any of these game apart.
That said, I absolutely adore the endearingly dumb look. When I play Pokemon, I always have my Bidoof and Psyduck on board, unevolved, kickin' ass and takin' names.
That is the sternest, dumbest looking expression.
I don't want a new console. This one is good enough. If the graphics are made any more powerful, then only five or so major developers and publishers could afford to get in on the market.
I heard they got the English voice actress for Bayonetta to play Yomiko in the TV series.
Satoshi Kon knew how to make Japan look at itself and its choices.
Otaku in Japan are really fucking sexist. They try to hide it behind their worshipping of fictional females (anime characters or fake idol personalities, it's all the same), but it has gotten more out of control and visible now.
I miss Satoshi Kon. He wasn't afraid to make Japan look at itself.
I kind of wonder though. If everyone and their aunt plays DQ in Japan, surely some of them know about Sugiyama being a revisionist. Has anyone over there protested against him? I don't like the possibility that they know about Sugiyama's horrible political views -and still choose- to give him their money with every DQ…
I heard the gist of this about Sugiyama for a while, and it was just the last straw that made me never want to buy another Dragon Quest game. Same goes for Orson Scott Card too. I don't want my money paying the way for them to print or shout their disgusting political views at us.
I just want to know where I can get the atmospheric music that plays on this completely abandonded section of Square's North American site! Anyone know where I can buy or download it?
When will game developers stop twiddling their thumbs on including gay characters? Dozens upon dozens of creatures beyond imagination in a single game, but the only human diversity they can be bothered to put forth is Whitey McHet, the Generically Gruff Space Marine. And maybe a near-naked straight woman as his prize.
T-elos is a villain; they're just sticking her in for cheesecake.
I think all of two times they had gay characters in the 200+ episode anime they were effeminate, evil assassins. I'm not holding out much hope for this one.
