T-elos was far from an ally or hero, why not use Shion or goodness forbid a character that -isn't- cheesecake instead? Ziggy would have worked fine.

It tried too hard to have cheap scares, so turning down only the sound effects got rid of all the annoying sudden clangs meant to startle me.

Are they supposed to be teenagers or what? Can't tell at all.

I know, right? I turned the sound effect volume down by half, ratcheted up the brightness to just a hair under full, and it honestly became a really, really, fun action game for me! Maybe there is something to the argument that games are different things to different people.

They threw in the groping and oil and the repeated attempts to leave Kanji for dead. The game handled it all well enough, but the anime added too much in that episode, all of it offensively heterosexist. I beat the game and saw for the anime up through episode 9 or so (camping trip).

That's why I said I -stopped watching-. The heroes just kept complaining and wanting to leave him for dead i nhis own shadow world because EWW GAY.

I'm really digging the new Twister.

Now playing

My local dojo had a radio advertisement using the first section of Chrono Cross's "Garden of God" playing in the background.

I stopped watching P4: The Animation when they took every opportunity to make Kanji a giant gay panic joke instead of the deep-ish character he originally was.

It must be an RPG. It's pretty long.

Well, a casual sort of general consensus in Western society is that sexual objectification of men is seen to be a bit of coy fun. Considering how many, many years it was completely one way against women, it's seen to be "only fair" and maybe a little intentionally ironic to publically ogle men.

I heard he was shockingly fit and toned under those dorky shirts if he could dance and pull stunts like jumping off of buildings, and here's the proof! NICE.

I keep seeing a tophat being held by that Sith in the upper-left part of the screenshot.

And the original ending -didn't- have retcons and plot holes of Phantom Menace proportions?

Frank Miller's Joker was the work of a homophobic mind. Joker knows how to apply lipstick and uses several lover-esque nicknames with Batman? Not to mention all the women he writes as either dying horribly or living as sex workers. Frank Miller can go fly a kite.

They already have repeating enemies, and the women you fight are in bondage gear with jiggle physics. PASS.

I'm most concerned about the plot holes. How can all the mass relays blow up if even one of them exploding wipes out an entire star system with it like in Arrival?

Whichever console promises and delivers backwards compatibility first gets my vote.

For what it's worth, Bioware's cop-out excuse for not including gay romance (read: show gay men to even exist) in Mass Effect 2 was that they wanted the romances to be "PG-13", nevermind all the death and cursing and how the game was still rated M for Mature.
