Riiiight....except all she said is that extreme weight loss is not a typical symptom of hiatal hernia, which is true. Also, hiatal hernia is different than gall stones. You know that, right?

Uh...well as a NURSE, she IS able to comment on the symptoms of a condition she knows about. Geez, calm down, Aaron..I mean Fhqwgadstar.
Yep. My mom had hiatal hernias throughout the 80's. I think she was also at her heaviest weight throughout that whole time. I don’t remember her ever losing a pound while she was suffering with hiatal hernia. She had other symptoms, but weight loss sure as shit wasn’t one of them.
That was my thought too. His father left when he was four and he hasn’t had much contact with him since? I mean, it’s possible that his kid’s obvious Blackness might have raised some questions with his mom’s husband, no?
Tasmania maybe? They seem to have a LOT of produce. I would go there just to go grocery shopping, tbh.
Not sure Australians want to play the “your leader is shit” game....
“OMG STOP! Don’t send me any more pictures that look like John. I’ve already SEEN most of them anyway! I mean, John knows most of these moms personally, so it’s not like it’s I haven’t seen the pics...”
Perhaps we are arguing about how many angels can dance on the head of a pin (answer: 34), but I find this premise hard to accept.
I’m so sorry this happened to you. I think you’re probably right that other people experience the same reaction of not wanting to burden their loved ones with their pain, but that doesn’t mean you actually ARE burdening them. But it is the exact thing that Abigail Breslin said about why she didn’t immediately come…
Yeahhhh...the fact that I think Trump is dangerous and stupid is not going to somehow convince me that Putin is “better.” I mean, c’mon. It’s not a contest. They’re awful in different ways (and some of the same ways).
Merkel, Macron and Trudeau are the new “Coalition for Reason.”
You’re kidding, right? Putin is NONE of those things. He’s ABSOLUTELY likely to nuke someone because he doesn’t like what they say about him. He’s a dangerous narcissist. He’s just smarter than Trump with a LOT more experience.
Not saying she—or other celebrities—shouldn’t have their errors in judgment pointed out or criticized, but also maybe we don’t need to worry so much if every celebrity—especially the relatively young ones—isn’t exactly perfect when it comes to expressing themselves or explaining the widespread problems of the world.
Thank goodness so much has changed. Oh wait.
They should have named him “Chris.” Then we could all wonder, “Wait, are they trying to say that Chris Noth was playing himself this whole time?”
Forgive me if someone said this already, but it’s NOT a pun on “Anchors Aweigh” and it’s not meant to be nautical.
Minority opinion: I liked it. It reminded me of that Elisabeth Shue movie from the 80's, Link. Except with a doll instead of an orangutan. Does anyone else remember Link? Terrance Stamp played a slightly creepy professor who invites his student (Shue) to come to his weird primate home.
Police aren’t looking for a second suspect and they don’t think there’s any indication of a hate crime??
I know I’m in the minority here, but I will never get the appeal of Idris Elba. I know it’s because I saw him in his iconic roles AFTER he was already mean to Jim and Michael on The Office. THERE IS NO GOING BACK FROM THAT! He will never ever not be the guy who was mean to Jim.
