CP. The flex is the Ford side of the Dodge Journey coin. It tried to sell a big wagon to people who wouldn’t dare drive a minivan but couldn’t be bothered to buy a more expensive crossover and didn't care about driving a compromise. The flex is just as impractical as the journey and has the same shitty build quality

here’s the jalopnik we know and love

Did you see anything in my comment defending any news outlet? They all suck but if you take the time to watch them all and glean your own conclusion based on the variability of evidence provided (as an adult does), you may actually get closer to the actual truth.

But based on the fact that we benefit from the way our ancestors treated Black people, we have a moral obligation to make the first move, quit belly aching, and reach a hand out. The ass-wipes that will be hateful are going to be hateful regardless so the people that want to make a change need to grit teeth and bear

i’d take that with a grain of salt. How is it any more distracting than any other headlight/streetlight/storefront etc. and what grounds would that be an indication that there is something wrong? I’d be super interested to know if anyone has actually been pulled over or ticketed for driving with the light on and what

That was kind of what i’d always assumed, but growing up all lights were “illegal” as far as my parents were concerned. but even the center dome light in my focus isn’t bright enough to put a glare on the windshield

so who makes the first move? it’s not an unreasonable set of feelings. get thicker skin, understand that negativity comes from lifetimes of systemic issues, and make an effort to work past them. I promise it goes further than throwing your hands in the air and saying “fuck it, they don’t want to get along anyways.”

Man this is one of the best articles I’ve ever seen directed at us. It’s an astoundingly good road map about how to look to take some responsibility and work to bridge a divide. Thank you.

Thats really interesting and I'd never thought about that. So is the issue from the light in the car the glasses wearer is in or another one that just catches the right angle?

So did the rest of the nation that doesn't have their heads buried in the sand.

Thats a good point. Bin laden wasn’t a political figure in a traditional internationally recognized fashion, nor was he in another nation under diplomatic pretenses.

Oh i don’t disagree. They were both targeted assaults against combatants. The difference is what the consequences are for us nationally and globally because of a stupid decision by commander Cheeto to deflect attention away from his own misdeeds. The point is that running to that tired old trope of fake news instantly

The fact that you call it "fake news media" instantly revokes all credibility. Enjoy your totally biased one sided echo chamber

Thats what I was always told too but the light really isn't distracting in either my Honda Odyssey or Focus ST. Maybe older cars were worse, but even the front seat map light in the van is fine.

I think parents have been telling their kids the light thing for long enough that we all believed it was true. Now that I’m a parent, I honestly can’t figure out why. The individual lights don’t cause a glare on the windshield and the kids can actually play with toys or read instead of sitting on a tablet or kicking

Mr. Moulton, the creator of the hydragas suspension used on the early mini, ado16, and the MGF was originally an engineer for Alvis that was contracted by rover early on before going back to Alvis.

Great list but wrong truck. Gmt400 is the correct choice. Bulletproof construction, the right stage between rugged and comfortable, able to do everything and anything any truck owner needs, and last longer than f150's (at least around Texas)

For the most part your right, but these are being reported by a European publication, likely for the European market where a city car still makes plenty of sense. Especially in cities that are banning ICE cars.

I recently sold my old truck. It was ugly but solid and had no issues. I listed it right in the middle of where trucks were selling in my area and within minutes started getting shitty responses like “I’ll give you $500 when you don’t sell it,” or “my husband says it’s not worth that,” or “you have to pay for a Carfax

When I was stationed in England, I worked with a guy that was about 6'9" and he had an original mini. He pulled the front seat out and sat in the back seat and said he was comfortable.
