It's so hard to make that comparison though because WP7 is beautiful. It's actually like the girl in the stereotypical rom-com that hasnt' taken off her glasses and become the hot chick yet, so no one appreciates her hotness. It's there though...it's there.

I used to claim that i had read all the JRR Tolkien Hobbit/LOTR books until a few years ago. The crowd i used to hang around in the past — i was by far the nerdiest member of the group. However, after surrounding myself with a new group of friends i learned quickly that you do NOT act like you've read those books just

Is the band expandable? Because i have NFL sizes wrists and the Livestrong bracelets would cut off circulation to my hand. I can't even find a leather watch that fits me because no decent watch making company will make a larger leather strap.

While I agree with you, I think creating the cards your self is a big step in the learning and memorization process..possibly the increased time studying the notecards that a student previously spent making the note cards, will prove to balance out? Who knows.

Gosh I really hope so..I've alwayst thought that being able to take notes naturally on a tablet was the only thing majorly missing from my ipad experience. Have there been any reports of apple buying any tech companies that specialize in this?

Actually Justin this happens all the time. I bought a chem book three years ago for class and it was 295, then they bought it back from me for $15 because they claimed the publisher was coming out with a new edition the following semester. I followed up the next semester with the "new edition". The cover art had

I believe he is referring to the iPhone 4S..which was not a "fail". He's just disappointed he didn't get the super mega everthing he's ever wanted in a phone—iPhone 5.

I've had an ipad 1 since launch day. Use it at minimum 15 hours a week, and i still get 9 hours of charge out of it. I imagine newer ipads will be even better at this.

I really think there is a good chance it will be rental based. So i don't think it will be $150 for book, but i can see it being rated per month(s) or year. Completely speculative though.

No.

Have they absolutely confirmed a release date for this new product line? And have they also confirmed that they're coming with Windows 7? Because i honestly wish these great looking products would be the flagship pieces of hardware for 8...

please just tell us...begging you sir.

oh ok, thank you sorry about that. Good list by the way.

I would personally move what's on the bottom of the best list, to the top. Community's Remedial Chaos Theory was absolutely BRILLIANT and a delight to watch. There have been very few episodes of Community that i haven't been a fan of. Great great show.

Yes! Before I even looked closely at the picture, I said to myself ' I really hope they remembered Peter Venkman '. Well done.

Did you read the part of the article about Apple making $1.5 Billion off of it's Blades every quarter?

You're wrong. The article is not talking about sales of iPhones, and neither was I. The android application market, while making great improvements, is no where near as successful or robust as the Apple's. When it comes to Apps, Apple the clear majority leader of "blades". Both iPhone and Ipad - which share the same

Extremely well written article, with the kind of effort and research that I'm not finding quite as often in Gizmodo as I used to. I liked the comparison to Gillette - it's a perfect comparison. I'm a little puzzled however as to why the author chose the iPad as the apple product. Really you could say Apple began using

uhh I actually really did enjoy Fast Five. It was Ocean's 11 for summer action flicks. It was not at the top of my list this year, but it was far from the bottom. I'm looking at you Green Lantern.

That's why I've always said that Robert Downey Jr. was born to play Tony Stark..I mean really if you think about the life RDJ lived in his younger days..and the natural brovado he has - he's perfect.
